    Grove Residents' Rights Resource says:

The list of panelists is not encouraging at all. All luxury or nightlife businesses, no representatives of the staples that a community needs. What do any of these people know about what the people who live in this neighborhood need?

The deck is already stacked in advance to make sure this can’t possibly be productive. These people all profit at the expense of the livability of this neighborhood.
