Divisadero Farmers’ Market: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Sunday, Sept.15th 10:30AM

 The Divisadero Farmers’ Market will finally make the move from it’s birthplace on Grove street
to the DMV parking lot off of Broderick and Fell on
 Sunday, September 15th, at 10:30am
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring
Vallie Brown, Pacific Coast Farmers Market Officials, and
ASNA and NOPNA board members.

The Newest Painted Lady: Juanita MORE! Mural Unveiling Saturday, Sept.14th 2pm-3pm

The Newest Painted Lady
The Newest Painted Lady – a mural collaboration with 21seeds Tequila, Juanita MORE! and artist J. Manuel Carmona will be unveiled Saturday, September 14, 2019 at the corner of Steiner & Grove. The mural will feature Juanita MORE! her french bulldog Jackson MORE!, and a statement that reads, “Girls Call The Shots.” For almost three decades, Juanita has served San Francisco high glamour, drag irreverence, sick dance beats, culinary delights, political activism, and a philanthropic endeavors that continue to illuminate the city. Juanita remains a beacon of fashion and glamour, generosity and nerve, inspiring those around her to make a positive difference in their lives and in their communities, doing it all with timeless elegance and an innovative spirit.

Volunteer Day @ Alamo Square Saturday, Sept. 7

Join ASNA / SF Rec & Park for a morning of
relaxed and enjoyable gardening.
This Saturday the Rec & Park gardeners will be leading us through projects that will be most helpful toward park maintenance.
 9am-12pm
Meet by the picnic tables next to the tennis court.
*Gloves, rakes, and all necessary supplies will be provided.*
Coffee, water, and light snacks will be available.
Come when you can, leave when you must!

Neighborhood Picnic! September 22nd, 12pm-4pm

ASNA invites you to bring neighbors, friends, and family to picnic in the park in support of Sunday Streets on Sunday, September 22nd from 12pm-4pm. Bring your picnic gear, food, beverages, and whatever else adds pizazz to your picnic setup. Fulton street will be closed from Baker to Fillmore so please feel free to ride, skate, or walk over and join us in our lovely park for an afternoon of fun.
