Area Q Permit Applications now being accepted

qmap

Area Q permit applications are now being accepted by the SFMTA.

Please be on the lookout for a letter from the SFMTA alerting neighbors that Area Q permits are now available for the new Residential Permit Parking Area Q which includes the Alamo Square neighborhood.  The letter is addressed to “Resident.”

Permit parking signs are being installed in May, and parking enforcement will begin on September 1.  The annual fee is now $111 for the first 18 months, valid through December 31, 2016, and can be renewed every year.

You must submit your application by July 1 via mail to ensure your permit arrives by September 1.  Otherwise, apply in person starting August 1.

Visit www.sfmta.com/rpp/ for more information about the program, or call 311.

Details of the notice can be found on Hoodline:
