Shared Muni/Corporate Bus Stop Proposal – Hearing

Update:  In February, the SFMTA collected requests from shuttle service providers and resident on what stops should be included in a proposed shared bus stop network for Muni and corporate buses, through an interactive website and open houses.  MTA has now developed a proposed shuttle network.

Among the changes proposed:
  • Extending Bus zone by 22 feet, removing metered spot on Divisadero Street north of Oak Street
  • Extending Bus zone by 45 feet, Divisadero Street, west side, from Haight Street southerly
  • Extending Bus zone by 31 feet, Hayes Street at Steiner, south side
  • Extending Bus zone by 52 feet, Hayes Street at Steiner, north side

A Public Hearing on these changes is scheduled for Friday, June 20 at 10 a.m.

Residential Permit Parking Survey

We are seeking input from residents and local businesses about the proposed area for Residential Permit Parking (for background, please see http://alamosq.org/2014/05/08/rpp-proposal-for-alamo-square-north-panhandle/).

Once we get your input, we will finalize the proposal for MTA’s consideration.  MTA will then host a community meeting and notice all residents within the proposed area.  The last step will be an SFMTA Board public hearing for approval of the area.Thank you for your input.
