Update:  A few more votes trickled in.  Feel free to respond to the survey, we’ll leave it up for another week, but we have gotten the sense that the overwhelming majority is in favor of the upgrade!!

New Alamo Square Picnic Area! Your vote is needed!

We would greatly appreciate your feedback on our design proposal to improve the picnic area next to the tennis court in Alamo Square Park!

These plans were developed over the course of a year with lots of community input, including a brainstorming session in May.  Our plans for the new picnic area were displayed at the ASNA booth at the Alamo Square Flea Market in August, and we received lots of positive comments!

We submitted our plans as part of the Community Opportunity Fund grant to SF Parks and Rec. The grant committee is in the final stages of making a decision on which projects to award.

We need your help to get our project approved!!

Please review the final proposal and let us know if you support our plans.  The more people who support it, the more likely it will get approved.

Thank you for helping to improve Alamo Square!  We appreciate your help.
