Rec and Park Staff will give an update as to the important projects slated for Alamo Square, including:

– Drinking Fountain repair

– Irrigation Plan

– Bathroom Plan

– Gardener Staffing & Area Focus

This is a great opportunity to speak with key Rec and Park staff: Steve Cismowski, Area Manager, Tom O’Conner, Alamo Square Manager, and Marvin Yee, Capital Projects.

Pedestrian Struck By Car On Divisadero Street
via SF Appeal: News by Bay City News on 9/13/11


A pedestrian walking in San Francisco early this morning is at the hospital after being struck by a car, San Francisco police said.

At Divisadero and Page streets a car struck a pedestrian around 12:30 a.m. The pedestrian was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.

The driver stayed at the scene, police said.
